What we aim for
- Freshness: each source's last success within twice its interval, 95 % of the time over a month.
- The site and the API: answering 99 % of the time over a month. Netlify and Supabase's free tiers give no guarantee, so this is a target, not a promise.
- Failures: a failed collect run opens a GitHub issue the whole team sees; the next good run closes it.
- Known limit: GitHub runs only some of the hourly collect slots, so a source can be a few hours late without anything failing.
